2. Number each paragraph and summarise what Jamie is talking about in each paragraph.
3. What type of words and sentences is he using to describe his childhood. What effect do these words have on the impression the reader has of Jamie and his life.
4. Now you write your own version of this – using a similar format – telling me about your childhood, upbringing and life. Remember to try and use the same type of language devices that Jamie has used – to create a real sense of who you are
5. Now interview your partner creating questions out of the article and record them telling you about their lives – then write up the transcription from the interview
