In the first year we will study
Othello by Shakespeare and The Great Gatsby by F. Scot. Fitzgerald for Detailed Study - leading towards the commentary internal assessment in June 2015.
We will study The Bloody Chamber by Angela Carter and Tales from Ovid by Ted Hughes. We will also study an anthology of poetry that I will give you. This forms the Options unit - leading towards formal presentations internal assessment that will take place at the end of the second term.
