FINAL DRAFT TIMETABLE
Here is THE FINAL DRAFT list of the timetable for the commentaries for students who are unavailable on the 26 and 27 June.
Please note I have made some slight changes to the timings for Jasmine, Anna, Verity and Tess. I've also had to change Julian's day and time to Friday.
Jasmine, Anna, Verity, Tess and Julian must email me to confirm you have received and understood these arrangements.
Also please let me know as soon as you can if there are any problems with these appointment slots.

The arrival
time is really up to you and is a suggestion only.
Remember
there are 20 minutes for preparation and 8 minutes for the commentary. There
will be a further 2 minutes where I will ask you specific questions on the
extract.
In the preparation room you will have the extract of either Gatsby or Othello. Each extract will be accompanied with two guide questions that you should use to help you prepare for the commentary.
After 20 minutes you should make your way to 1D7 promptly.
I will be posting the final draft arrangements for the 26 and 27 June later this week.
You should spend time reading through the detailed handout I've given out on the oral commentary.
You should also spend time going over the play and the novel.
Consider such things as character- values and attitudes, theme, action, relationships etc. Also consider the language techniques used to communicate these ideas.
