Here are three example of IB English oral commentaries. The second one is a commentary on Araby by James Joyce. You could use the marking crieria I've given you grade these two examples.
They may not be that easy to just listen to the whole commentary but you could skip through or dip in for a minute or two. Consider what kind of topics the students focus on and what literary frameworks do they use to analyse the passages. How well do you thin they know the extracts they are speaking on?
