I’m sorry but I’m unable to be in college this morning. Below are a number of suggested activities for the two lessons I have on Wednesday morning - AS ENGLISH LITERATURE and A2 ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE.

AS ENGLISH LITERATURE

Please use this time to either, prepare chapter 7 and chapter 8, complete the 1000 word essay, continue reading Jane Eyre or begin reading the Emily Dickinson poems handed out at the end of last term or read them on the teaching blog. You can find them under General Pages.

A2 ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE

10.15 Wednesday 1D7

If you are re-sitting either ELLA 1 or ELLA 2 you should use this time to revise for this exam. If you are taking the ELLA 2 exam you can use the revision pack given out at the end of last term. If you are not re-sitting an exam you could practice the ELLA 3, three way comparison included also in the pack. You can also continue writing up the first draft coursework essay due in this Friday at 9.00
